This year's Competition Launch and Masterclass features a 'live' cook-off and judging demonstration from our Chef's Table Judges and a 'reveal' of one of the Mystery Box's Secret Ingredients.
All club chefs, cooks and apprentices interested in entering 2019 Chef's Table Competition are invited to come along to the complimentary Masterclass held at Sydney Seafood School on 6 May.
Julio Azzarello, Chef’s Table Judges Chairman, will lead a panel of experts as they discuss industry topics and provide insights from their culinary experiences.
A light lunch and network will follow before we reveal one of the Mystery Box Ingredients.
To finish the day, we’ll have a 'live' cook-off and judging demonstration from our judges – Courtney Roulston, Adam Moore and Nenad Djuric.
